Welcome to the website for Chellaston Fields. The aim of this website is to display our proposals for Chellaston Fields and to update local residents, businesses and Councillors as the plans progress.

We held our first public consultation event on Saturday 26th November, 2011. The feedback received was fed back to the Project Team and, where possible, amendments were made to the proposals to reflect public opinion. A copy of the original and revised master plan can be seen on the 'Masterplan' tab.

Our proposals are for an outline application on 48.2 acres of arable land to the East of Swarkestone Road, North of the A50.
